🤕 Your migraine shows up. You reach for the bottle. Again.

I get it. You have work. You have kids. You don't have a free afternoon to lie in a dark room.

But here's what nobody tells you about that daily habit. Some everyday over the counter relief can irritate your stomach and gut lining, and that can mean reflux, leaky gut, and in some people, bleeding. Others are processed by your liver and use up glutathione, one of your body's main antioxidants. One pill isn't the problem. Years of daily pills add up.

What I have my patients try first:
1. A glass of water with a pinch of salt and some magnesium
2. Ice or heat, depending on your constitution in Eastern medicine. Run hot? Ice. Run cold? Heating pad.

Your body is asking for something. Let's listen before we silence it 🙏

🚨 Emergency medicine saves lives. But when it comes to chronic illness? The conventional model leaves millions stranded.

If you break a bone or get into an accident, acute hospital care is unmatched. But when symptoms turn into chronic fatigue, digestive distress, autoimmunity, or systemic inflammation, modern medicine often stops at symptom suppression, handing out prescriptions designed for short-term relief as permanent life sentences.

True vitality isn’t built on suppressing the alarm system. It’s built on identifying why the alarm went off in the first place.

Comment HEALTH below and we’ll send you our 5-Step Biohacking Protocol to help uncover the root drivers behind fatigue, pain, and systemic imbalance.

👊🏾💥 This September marks 22 years since @drjonathanmfields took up training @lostlegacysystems under the guidance of Shidosi LeGrand @phoenixrises360

The brutal conditioning, discipline, endless challenges, and can do attitude required to survive and teach there forever reshaped his personality and drive.

☯️ Shortly thereafter, he would meet Dr @drqilove and begin his training at Blue Dragon Qi Gong Academy.
This introduction to the healing arts and traditional Chinese medicine eventually engulfed his whole life and became a career.

⚕️Everyone needs a Yin to their Yang. Recovery and balance is just as important as training hard..

🙏🏽 I was lucky to have brilliant mentors.

👍 If you'd like to learn more about Qi Gong and how you can heal your body, mind and spirit in just a few minutes a day, comment or DM Qi

🚨 I got arrested again 👮‍♂️

They told @drjonathanmfields teaching people how to control their own nervous system and activate natural vitality without a prescription was crossing the line… 💀

The system profits when you stay exhausted, inflamed, and dependent. But when you master your breath, clear cellular blockages, and awaken internal energy through authentic Qi Gong, you become untouchable.

I’m breaking out for three days in Miami Beach to teach these exact practices live.

🔥 Most people try to fix chronic tension and fatigue by pushing deeper into the tissue. Here is why your body is screaming for decompression.

When fascia locks up and microcirculation flatlines, cellular waste accumulates. In traditional medicine, we call this Qi and blood stagnation; in modern longevity science, it is impaired lymphatic clearance and fascial restriction.

Negative pressure cupping does what compression cannot: it lifts the myofascial layers, breaks up adhesions, and drives oxygenated blood directly into starving tissue. The moment those cups seal, you trigger a profound shift in the autonomic nervous system, moving you out of chronic fight-or-flight and directly into deep parasympathetic repair.

Your body holds an extraordinary capacity to heal when you eliminate mechanical and cellular stagnation.

Comment PROTOCOLS and I’ll send you my complete guide: The 5-Step Biohacking Protocol to Reverse Pain, Fatigue & Hormonal Chaos.

Ancient folklore or cutting-edge pharmacology? Turns out, it’s both. 🌿

For thousands of years, traditional healing relied on raw roots, leaves, and whole plants to treat illness. For a long time, modern medicine dismissed these practices as mere placebo.

Now, science is finally catching up with history:

⚕️ Aspirin? Derived from the salicin in willow bark.

🔬 Malaria breakthroughs? Rooted in ancient Chinese uses of sweet wormwood (artemisinin).

🍄 Adaptogens & anti-inflammatories? Modern labs are confirming the precise biochemical mechanisms of turmeric, ashwagandha, and ginger.

The future of medicine isn’t about choosing between nature and the lab, it’s about using technology to validate and understand the synergy of whole-plant compounds.

What’s one plant-based remedy passed down in your family that actually works? Drop it below 👇

Stillness isn’t about silence; it’s about stability amidst the vastness.

When you stand on the edge of something massive, the mind is forced to drop the unnecessary chatter and align with the immediate moment.

Breath slows down, posture roots deep, and your internal state mirrors the landscape.

Cultivate steady ground within yourself, no matter how high the climb or how sharp the drop.
