Goodbye Lilies - Writers cut OUT NOW! Link in Bio

Got the raw footage of my Western Australia academy of performing arts (WAAPA) showreel and had some fun. I spent the whole semester writing and re writing this scene. Fell in love with the characters and the story had to do my own cut. Thanks to @razstudios.au for shooting the showreel and for letting me grab the raw footage.

Got to work with more talented people like @cgh_188 who wrote and performed and original song in the same world of these characters. @sachi_mmi who created the animation credits. @_call_me_dux who composed a beautiful score for this scene. And @christian.saluto who taught me heaps about the post production world.

And My scene partner @imestherson who killed it in this scene, I don’t know if this scene would have been as good if not without her, Thanks for putting as much work in this scene as you did!

PERTH 🔥

Last stop ✈️

And wow, what a way to finish The Hollywood Initiative’s first-ever Australian tour with US Casting Director Jamie Castro. 🇦🇺🇺🇸

Perth, you were absolutely phenomenal. The energy was high from start to finish, the talent in the room was incredible, and it was the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable tour around Australia.

A huge thank you to Perth Actors Studio and Asha for their support and hospitality, and to every actor who joined us and brought their passion, commitment, and enthusiasm to the workshops.

Perth, we loved every minute. Thank you for helping us end this tour on such a high.

Until next time. ❤️

We cannot believe we’re turning 10 tomorrow…

10 years has genuinely flown by. We’re so grateful for the amazing community we’ve built and every single person who has supported Nic and Kolo along the way.

From our staff, customers, friends, family and everyone who has walked through our doors over the last decade, thank you for being part of this journey. This little space has become so much more than just a cafe to us, and hearing why our team loves Nic and Kolo reminds us exactly why we do what we do every single day ❤️

To celebrate our 10 years, we’re giving 10% off all orders tomorrow only (28/05/26).

Love always,
The Nic and Kolo family
