💫 Hello everyone, the reason why I decided to become an ambassador for TMH is because I've had such an amazing experience with the whole project. And so I've decided that this would be taking a step further into spreading awareness 🛹

@imgladyoustayedproject I'm glad to be a part of such an amazing team!! 🌐

The people we tend to overlook the most, which is those who give us life, what is it like to give birth and then suffer from our bodies’ reactions?

Let’s look into postpartum depression.
….
Much love to all.

Today we were honored to sponsor and participate in the I’m Glad You Stayed Project annual fundraiser.

We walked with Tony on our hearts. We carry the weight of losing him to suicide, but we also carry the love, memories, laughter, and light he left behind. Today was a beautiful reminder that we don’t have to carry that grief alone. We’ll keep showing up. We’ll keep talking about Tony. We’ll keep turning our loss into purpose.

When it comes to healing, often people think that it is one linear line. In reality everyone’s healing process is different, if yours looks like this or differently, that’s perfectly okay!
….
Much love to all.

Suicide Prevention Month | Day 4 💜🩵
Education is power. Suicide-prevention trainings like QPR and Mental Health First Aid improve knowledge, confidence, and our ability to recognize when someone may need help.
You don’t have to be a mental health expert to make a difference. Learn the signs. Ask the question. Know what to do next. 💜
Prevention starts before crisis.

September is Suicide Prevention Month. 💛

A month dedicated to something I believe should be talked about all year long: you matter, your life matters, and your story is not finished.

Sometimes, we never know the battles the people around us are fighting. The friend who seems okay. The person who stopped talking as much. The classmate who always makes everyone laugh. The person who says “I’m fine” because they don’t know how to explain that they aren’t.

So this month, let’s do more than post about suicide prevention.
Let’s check in.
Let’s listen without judgment.
Let’s make space for hard conversations.
Let’s remind the people we love that they don’t have to carry everything alone.

And if you’re struggling right now, please hear this: You do not have to have your whole life figured out to deserve to be here for it.

There are people who want to know you’re still here. There are moments you haven’t lived yet, people you haven’t met yet, memories you haven’t made yet.

Keep going. Keep reaching. Keep choosing tomorrow.

I’m glad you stayed. And I hope you stay. 💛

september is national suicide prevention month.

you never truly know what someone is carrying behind their smile. sometimes the person who seems the happiest is fighting battles they never talk about.

if you’re struggling, please know that you are not a burden, you are not alone, and you do not have to figure everything out by yourself. talk to someone. reach out to a friend, family member, counselor, or anyone you trust. even if it feels hard to find the words, simply saying “i’m not okay” is enough to start the conversation.

and if someone reaches out to you, listen without judgment. you don’t need to have all the answers. sometimes just staying, listening, and reminding someone that they matter can mean more than you realize.

if you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. if there is immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

please stay. there are people who want you here, even when your mind tells you otherwise. you matter more than you know. 💛
