what the f”kkkkk.

What a full-circle moment. From volunteering in 2024 for @outtoseasplit to stepping into a management role this year, helping run an incredible company and leading a team in one of the WILDEST work environments I’ve ever been a part of.

This has been one of the craziest things I have ever taken on, an experience full of fun, joy, creativity, and a whole lot of hard work and hustle. It has challenged me to stay sharp and switched on all while working in such a wild party environment. But, as much fun as it looked, this has been one of the most mentally challenging things I’ve ever done.

Living on the other side of the world, away from home. Learning on the go. Navigating pressure, burnout, personal life, all while trying to be the person to rely on. There were highs, but some serious lows too. Some days I was thriving, and some days I was just surviving.

This year tested every part of me, but also taught me more than I ever imagined. I found a new side of myself. I learned how to lead, how to fail, how to get back up when things got hard, and how to care even when things got messy.

Do I wish I handled certain moments differently? Of course. But would I take any of it back? F”k no. That’s the beauty of this journey. You grow by going through. Every decision, mistake, fuck-up, conversation, sleepless night, led me right here. And I wouldn’t change a thing.

It’s been one hell of a ride, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who’s been by my side through it all. Excited for what’s next… 🇭🇷🖤
