Friends, we need SHARES to find Eddie & sister Lilac loving homes.

They were abandoned at just 3 months old and we took them in. They're now 10 months old & have been waiting 7 months to make it out of our Rescue Center in Tijuana!

As you can see from this video, these sweet pups are so sweet and loving and they get along great with all other dogs.

They each way around 34-35 lbs and won't get much bigger. They are fully medically vetted, vaccinated and sterilized.

CAN ANYONE STEP UP TO FOSTER, EVEN ONE?

We really want to get them out of Mexico and give them a chance at a loving home here. The only way we are going to get them adopted, is if they can come with us to weekly Adoption Events here, so we can get eyes on them. We can't bring them here until we have secured Fosters so please DM us if you can help.

Maylon and Bruno ADOPTED!! 🎉🎉

We've found so many wonderful homes for our dogs in the last 2 weeks, it's almost like the good 'ol days when we'd post a dog and would get 5 applications for each...

It hasn't been like that for several years, but nevertheless, we are SO grateful that 12 of our rescue pups have found loving homes in the past two weeks!

HAPPY DAY!! Our little pups Beethoven, Elsa, Nicole & Anna just found their Forever Families and we couldn't be happier! 🎊

Two of these pups were adopted to longtime friends of our team, which is always extra special.

All 4 of these precious pups had very rough starts in their young lives, but thanks to our Rescue Partners @bettygx & @marisiyasanchez they were found in time for us to save them & get them each into loving homes. 💕💕💕

Special thanks to all of our amazing ALMA fosters & volunteers who make it possible to save hundreds of dogs, every year. We couldn't do it without you!! 🙌

ALMA RESCUE SPAY & NEUTER CLINIC!

Muchas gracias to @soloriomirta, @imjohndillon Rafa & every volunteer who helped us. Sincere thanks to our amazing Veterinarians Dr. Cesar, Dr. Raul & Dr. Armando. We couldn't do this without you!

This was our 2nd ALMA Spay & Neuter Clinic in the last two months, sterilizing over 250 dogs & cats.

I'm going to say this LOUDLY for those in the back: SPAYING and NEUTERING is more CRITICAL now than ever before!!!! CALIFORNIA is facing unprecedented overcrowding in all Shelters & Rescues like ours and there is a euthanasia CRISIS like none our state has ever seen..

We cannot rescue our way out of this crisis.

To date, we have sterilized over 7,200 animals and in 2027, we aim to ramp up our efforts to help make a greater impact.

Thank you to every ALMA supporter who donates to our non-profit. Special thanks to @amritshergillrealtor , Don and @carol.nordstrom ~ YOU are helping us save lives. 🙏🏼

HAPPY NATIONAL DOG DAY! 💖

Today's "Happily Ever After" story is for our sweet rescue pup Lana.

From being rescued off the streets of Tijuana as a very young puppy, to 7 months being cared for, medically vetted, socialized & waiting for HER application to come in, we finally got to transport LANA here last Thursday and Sunday she was found her Forever Family at our Adoption Event! 🎉

We heard from her new mama this morning, who says Lana is thriving and living her best life. 🐾🌈💕

We think BIRDIE's SMILE says it all! 😍

She was just adopted by her very own amazing FOREVER FAMILY & we couldn't be happier!!! 🎉🎉🎉

She was transported here on May 28th & for the past 3 months, she has done everything she could to make people fall in love with her, but she kept getting passed over... She went to 10 ADOPTION EVENTS with not one application!

We now know this was because the universe knew she was meant to be a member of this special family & today it was made official! Birdie LOVES children and other dogs & she will now have both of those for the rest of her life!

THANK YOU to ALL of our ALMA fosters who lovingly cared for her, never giving up. ♥️

Grateful for all of the support our @almarescue 501c3 receives from our community, but special thanks today for all of the puppy food & donations we've received this past week to help us feed & care for the 26 puppies we recently rescued!

It takes a village and we are so lucky to have so many wonderful volunteers, fosters, monthly donors & compassionate, generous friends who help us save hundreds of lives every year.

Shout out to our hard working Rescue partners Mary & @bettygx , @imjohndillon for getting us & our rescue pup safely in & out of Mexico each week, to my hubby @allencarrasco8 & ALMA team members @laurie.h.nash & @annmarieschrad for your countless volunteer hours every DAY to keep our Rescue running smoothly. Thank you @jennp_67 & ALL of our Adoption Event Volunteers. YOU are making a huge difference!

Thank you ♥️
