Your bones adapt to the demands you place on them. I’m fascinated by what exercise can actually do to our healthy living.

Weight-bearing and resistance training stimulate bone remodelling, helping maintain bone density and strength.

Especially as we age, lifting weights isn’t just about muscle or appearance, it’s an investment in stronger bones, better balance and long-term independence. 💪

Train your muscles. Build your bones. Protect your future.

Behind discipline…
behind consistency…
behind someone who keeps showing up every day…

is usually a woman who once felt completely lost. 😊

Rock bottom doesn’t always look dramatic.
.
But something changes when you decide:
“I’m not staying here.”

That’s where growth begins.

✨ You start showing up for yourself
✨ You choose progress over perfection
✨ You stop abandoning yourself

And over time…
that version of you becomes strong, intentional, and unstoppable. 🔥

UPDATE!

In very me fashion, I added the numbers wrong. But that's ok cause we signed a lease. Lemme explain! We met about 1/3 of the goal, but I added some little savings and managed to negotiate a payment schedule with the new building. This is all to say the studio is A GO!! But we still fundraising cause we still need to finish paying said payment plan.

I'm amazed of how loving and supportive this community has been.

So if you help me SHARING this that would be great.

I have made a commitment to myself to help as many people as I can, giving away tons of hours of my work so far to causes I believe in and projects that can use my help. And I will make it a priority to keep offering discounted and free services, subsidised by full paid services.

Anyways, love you all.

Keep moving your body because you can. 🔥

I remember when I couldn’t and that’s why I’ll never take this for granted.
Forever grateful. Keep going. ✨🌸🙏

Challenges are more than just tests of strength to me. They are the catalysts for personal growth. I truly look to every rejection, set back, every challenge positively at the end. By embracing challenges, I’ve discovered my true potential and learned that no pain no magic 😅😆I’m on a mission to inspire ✨and see where I can take myself. 🔥✨
