Last year @apple sent their Apple Vision Pro team to Teahupoo on a big swell to film @redbullsurfing athletes and some locals for an immersive journey that has just been released this friday. The crew at @saltnairstudios from Hawaii helped the production get these state of the art 3D cameras stabilized by @immortalcamera close to the wave. They used a drone and high speed 3D cameras in a water housing in the waves and I even filmed some footage underwater with my @seabob_official . Check out @appletv to watch the best immersive experience yet on the platform.

A hallway conversation with @seetohlang 3 years ago turned into a mega mission across the Pacific. Pre-release hardware, a team that really knew immersive, and collaborators who believed we could push the tech into the middle of the heaviest wave in the world and most challenging subject matter.

Winning the Emmy for Innovation this year and sharing the stage with this team. Pretty surreal. Out today on @appletv
