A change of scenery.
A break from the go-go-go.
Something new to look forward to.
More fun. More connection. More adventure.
A little space to think clearly again.

Not a break to do nothing - but a break to do the things that make you feel alive.

That’s The Shift. 🌊🌴

📍 Mizata, El Salvador
🗓 June 6–12, 2027
🌊 7 days / 6 nights oceanfront

We bring together an incredible group of people at one of the most beautiful tropical wellness destinations in the world - and take care of the details that usually keep people from doing something like this.

Come solo, with a partner or a friend. We’ll handle the planning, ground transportation, experiences and itinerary. You just have to be willing to show up…

Your week will include:

🧘 Yoga + Pilates + Strength Training
🌿 Detox + wellness + longevity sessions
🧠 Mindset + personal development experiences
🤝 1:1 breakthroughs + group connection
🏄 Surfing
🐎 Horseback riding
🔥 Temazcal + cultural immersion
🌋 Adventure, nature, music, great food + a whole lot more

If waking up by the ocean excited about what the day might bring sounds like something you’ve been missing…

Maybe this is your sign.

Spots are limited.

DM us “SHIFT” to book a no-obligation retreat overview call and see if this is something you want to experience for yourself. 🌊

The most unforgettable memories happen when you say yes to something that scares you.

Growth rarely happens inside your comfort zone.
Sometimes it begins with one deep breath… and one step into the sky.

Watching the beauty of Lake Atitlán from above is a reminder of how small our fears become once we choose to face them.

Grateful to have experienced this during the @havebedoretreats in collaboration with the incredible team at @flyrealworld 🪂💙

🌎✨ GUEST SPOTLIGHT: Jennifer from Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦

When Jennifer first discovered Have Be Do Retreats, she wasn’t immediately sold. 🤔

Like many people, she had questions. Doubts. Uncertainty. Was this the right retreat? Would it be worth the investment? Would it make an impact? ⁉️

What happened next surprised her. 🤯

In this video, Jennifer shares her experience at our May Lake Atitlán Retreat in Guatemala 🇬🇹 - including the breakthroughs she experienced, the fears she faced, and the moment she realized she was capable of far more than she had given herself credit for. 💫

Jennifer was such an inspirational human and it was an honor and privilege to earn her trust and have her join us. 🙏🙌

One of the most rewarding parts of these retreats isn’t what happens inside your comfort zone…

It’s what happens when you step beyond it. 🌱

If you’ve ever felt the pull to do something different, challenge yourself, travel with intention, or invest in your personal growth, Jennifer’s story may resonate with you.

🎥 Watch her experience for yourself.

You can hear the words.

You can see the emotion.

But most importantly, you can feel the transformation.
