To know me is to know what Crew Brewing Co has meant to me in the last five years; it’s hard to quantify the value of this place. A large, vibrant and creative community has lost their home and a rare third space, somewhere community could exist and flourish, where there was a space for everyone to be unapologetically themselves. I felt truly a part of the big weird family that was this bar, and I’m sad and angry at the factors that led to the closure of yet another independent business in Limerick, but aren’t we lucky we had it? Aren’t we lucky to know what it is to have a place like this? I know we’ll all carry this place with us in how we celebrate each other, in the friendships we take away with us. Love you, Crew.

I love music. I love singing backing vocals. And I love my friends.

Yesterday was a very beautiful day in Dublin Castle. Freezing! But lovely and bright and crisp.

Personally, this was a dream way to start the new year, and very fun. Doing what I love most with people that I love. I'm grateful to Emma for inviting us to sing with her and her beautiful band who played a brilliant set as part of the New Year's Festival. Still buzzin'! 😀 My heart is full ❤
