What a day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you would have told me 1 month ago that I would complete the swim in under 50 minutes, I would’ve laughed. I was more concerned about whether I’d even make the cut-off! Anyone who knows me knows just how petrified I was of the swim… I had nightmares about DNFing!

So coming out of that water, I felt like I had already won. Everything after that was just a bonus!

I couldn’t have done any of this without all of my support crew and my biggest fan @imomogridge

Since the day I signed up to get the most expensive backpack I own, you’ve pushed me, challenged me and even rescued me during my first ever open-water swim. I’m so lucky to have you by my side, and I couldn’t be more grateful. In the swim all I was thinking of was you! I love you unconditionally

If there’s one thing I have learnt over the past couple of months, it’s that you really can do hard things when you put your mind to them. Hopefully, this is proof of that.

We threw a party. The dress code was wetsuits.

We took over @sealanescw & invited a bunch of women who inspire us to what we would humbly describe as the pool party of the year.

It also perfectly timed with our 1st birthday 🎈 & what better way to celebrate Catch turning 1 then taking over a pool?

Olympian @alicedearingx & Rebecca, Catch's Co-Founder & Head Coach, hosted a coached swim for these chicas, who boldly dived straight into 16°C water. Luckily @zoggsuk had cossies & wetsuits to keep everyone toasty & looking absolute fire. & we had goodies galore from our friends at @wetrihard @truestartcoffee @cadence @ollys.snacks 💙

We worked on sighting, pack swimming & the catch. We also did some lit up underwater filming, which came out pretty groovy in the dark water!

Then we had sauna, food, drinks & a DJ to take us into the evening.

The Queen @drbeccasalmon pulled the whole night off - hats off to our new Marketing & Ambassador Lead on nailing the brief 🙌.

You can't beat it when a pool full of strangers leave as swim pals.

Couldn't think of a better way to celebrate a year of Catch.

Was this the most fun we've had since starting Catch?

This week we took over Sea Lanes Canary Wharf for an evening we'll be talking about for a while. Coached swim, underwater filming, sauna, food, drinks, a DJ & some of the greatest gals we've ever had the pleasure of swimming with.

We kitted everyone out in Zoggs & gave out goodies from our favourite brands. Olympian Alice Dearing coached alongside us. & Becca Salmon threw an absolutely phenomenal night as her first big gig as our Marketing & Ambassador Lead.

To the women who came: thank you for bringing that energy. The swimmer's high is infectious with you lot & it reminded us why we do what we do.

I think August may have been the busiest, funnest, most hectic, overwhelmingly, best month of my entire life 🤪

Think I’m very much ready to slow down for September, but can’t help but look back and feel so blessed x

made friends with these queens and i love them

kept going to the gym as I don’t want an injury

a trip to the alps for girls trip on repeat please

hosted another @the_healthcareclub and it was one of our biggest yet!! nearly 3 years of doing this now!

went to watch the tour de femme with @gozwift and @whoop

MOVED HOUSE - this has been the most chaotic plot twist

caught up with my co host for sauna and blessed birthday fun xxxxx

getting more women on bikes is my new fav thing
