Make sure that you are always open to listen, because when you are open to listen, you can learn something new. And learning something new is growing and developing yourself and that is a true investment in yourself!
Why?
Because knowledge is something that noone can steal or take away from you 👊

As an educator in anything, the goal should always be for your students to develop as much as they possibly can 🎶🎵🎶🎵

That demands a lot from you, deep knowledge, much experience, a lot of patience, time and planning, innovasion, the ability to adjust, communication skills, willingness to stick it out even in the hard storms and when it backfire. Because development and growth is not straight, it is a rocky road with a lot of bumps in the way.

So a lot of GRIT (the strength to keep going even when it is hard and difficult) and growth mindset (see the opportunity instead of the obstacle, the lesson instead of the problem) is not good to have, it is a must!
