After landing in Boston my parents went on to Raleigh and I headed home for the night before a work trip in the morning! After supporting me all over the world at these marathons I feel like my parents also deserve some type of medal. I was happy to let my mom proudly wear the six star medal!

I cannot believe I did it! After last week’s shiny new 5K PR, I had set a goal for myself to break it in Boston. I’ve always wanted Boston to hold a race PR - this city is just to special. 🤗

Amazing race & even better friends!

It’s not everyday you get to meet your hero! I didn’t think the morning could get better after spectating friends & family at the 5K, but then I met @des_linden 💙💛

I’ve been worried about running the @bostonmarathon bc of my ankle injury, so being wished good luck by Des truly meant the world to me 🫶🏻

We connected recently and within minutes Aaron wasn’t even talking about himself, he was nominating other people for Mission Spotlight… which honestly tells you everything.

Because yeah, he’s lining up at Boston on Monday—but not just to run, he’s showing up to help another runner chase their dream—and then less than two weeks later he’ll finish his 6th Major in London, with his mom placing the medal around his neck.

But that’s not what drives him.

He’s the kind of runner who shows up to make sure other people get to the start line and cares just as much about their finish as his own, and that’s rarer than any Six Star medal.

If you’re not following Aaron yet, you should be… let’s make sure he feels the support this week.

Boston → London is going to be special. Go follow @imovecar and drop a 👏 on his latest post so he knows we’re behind him. #MissionSpotlight

Only three weeks until the London Marathon and finished my longest training run today! Shout-out to awesome friend @lindsaykali for joining me for all 21 miles! We helped push each other to get it done and celebrated with Mike’s Pastry as soon as we finished.
And happy birthday to @tinamarabello, I’m so glad we ran into you at the perfect spot.
And so nice to randomly meet @beliefrunners out there too! 🍩

MISSION SPOTLIGHT: @alexa_hassan ✨

Born with a congenital heart defect.
Open heart surgery before she could even speak.

Fast forward…
She’s not just surviving—she’s running marathons.

Boston. NYC. Berlin.
Chasing the six star journey most people only dream about.

And here’s what hits the hardest—
She didn’t just beat the odds…

She turned her story into purpose.
Now she’s a pediatric cardiology nurse, helping families walk through the same fear her own family once faced.

No shortcuts.
No guarantees.
Just courage, discipline, and a willingness to go first.

She said it best:
“You’ll never know what you can accomplish until you try.”

Go follow her journey.
Trust me—you’ll be better for it.

👇 Drop a ❤️ if this one hit you

MISSION SPOTLIGHT 🔦

Some people run for time.
Some run for medals.

And then there are people like Grace… who run for something bigger.

After surviving devastating spinal injuries that once left her paralyzed, she didn’t just fight her way back—she chose to turn her pain into purpose.

For the third year in a row, she’s taking on the Boston Marathon—running on behalf of causes that support others facing the same battles she’s lived through.

This year, she has a goal:
to finish strong, cross that line before the cutoff, and officially earn her place as a finisher.

But let’s be clear…
she’s already won.

Because every mile she runs is proof that setbacks don’t get the final say.

She’s not just showing up for herself—
she’s showing others what’s possible.

If you believe in resilience, purpose, and showing up when it’s hard—
go follow her journey and support her mission: @gracebellefeuille

Nominated by @imovecar 🙌

This is what it looks like to turn adversity into impact.
This is what it looks like to run with purpose.

Keep going, Grace. We’re all waiting for you at the finish line.

Medal Monday in Kyoto 🇯🇵✨

I woke up early and caught the Shinkansen — the fastest train in the world — watching the scenery change as we left the buzz of Tokyo behind. Kyoto is so different… quiet, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. Slower in the best possible way. Exactly what my soul needed after such a full few days.

The tea ceremony was the highlight of today. The intention, the grace, the history behind every movement — it was such a gift to experience. We learned so much about mindfulness, tradition, and being present in the moment.

And the best part? The people. Travel connects souls in the most unexpected ways. I’m so grateful for the new friendships formed and for the reminder that connection truly transcends borders.

Kyoto, you have my heart 🤍🍵
