Inactivity due to college finals but they are over now and it’s safe to say I couldn’t be happier about that.

The slow bulk has been going very well. I have always been an EASY gainer so I have to watch myself or the fat will pile on. Either way, I have been enjoying food a lot more, mentally growing, slowly trying to overcome any thoughts of the dreaded “body dysmorphia.”

Anyways, since adding more food to my diet, lifts are up in categories. I have hit PRs in my bench and deadlift. I don’t usually care what I can lift in terms of weight but it’s pretty cool seeing the drastic difference of eating in a deficit for months and then adding those much needed calories back into your system. Going forward, I plan to continue to gain into the spring. Right now, I want to enjoy every second of the holidays and that means not being strict on the diet everyday.

In sum, focusing on my mental health and getting bigger. Growing in every way. 🎅

How I’m about to be tomorrow for CHEAT DAY 🤘

For me, cheat days or cheat meals are crucial to staying consistently lean. Cheating keeps me super strict on my diet because I know I have something to look forward to.

I am not saying I don’t enjoy the foods I eat everyday. If you see my stories you know I love the food I make. But, staying lean means staying in a slight deficit of calories. That means being hungry sometimes. It’s not for everyone, but it’s what I love.
