Thrilled to attend the launch of The Next Chapter program that my beautiful friend Angela Vassallo has designed 💝

This program has been created for women who are ready for what’s next — whether that’s starting a business, changing direction in their career, or simply creating a new chapter in life.

What I love about it is that it’s not just about inspiration. Angela provides the tools, structure and practical framework to help women move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.

There is something incredibly powerful about giving yourself permission to begin again, explore new possibilities and create a life that feels right for the person you are today.

Congratulations Angela , I’m so proud to see your vision come to life and excited for all the women who will benefit from The Next Chapter. 🥰✨👏🏻🥂A special shoutout to the legend @barnzola for the amazing headshots 😍

💜 Last night, we officially launched @thegenderindex Australia - bringing together female founders, business leaders, investors, policymakers and allies in a full room in Sydney with a waiting list.

I’ve spent the past month or two working behind the scenes as a strategic adviser to help bring this launch to life and last night I had the privilege of stepping out front to MC it.

There’s such a buzz around the data in this report and plenty to talk about... with good reason.

The Gender Index Australia report is the first consistent, large-scale view of female-led businesses across the country.

Female founders immediately understand the significance of having national data that moves the conversation beyond representation and diversity and puts the economic contribution, power and potential of female-led businesses firmly on the table.

Did you know we are missing an opportunity to boost the Australian economy by more than $100bn and create 745,000 more jobs?

There is a lot more to come from last night - including some beautiful professional photos from the fabulous @visibilityplaybook - but for now, here are a few happy snaps from the night.

You should see some news around the country about this today!

An online version of The Gender Index Australia should be uploaded here soon: https://www.thegenderindex.com.au

PS: Thanks to @birdsnestonline for the fab outfit! 🤩

Well, that escalated nicely.

Early Access for The Influencers 2026 is officially SOLD OUT.

Which means one of two things:

1. We dramatically underestimated how many people wanted to become more influential.

2. People are starting to realise that being good at what you do is only useful if the right people know it.

Either way, I’ll take it.

The next release is now open.

And there are a few more announcements coming very shortly.

- Sponsors.
- Partners.
- One particularly interesting name I’m not allowed to tell you yet.

Apparently “secret squirrel” is now part of event management.

The Influencers 2026
7 October, Sydney.

Next release tickets are now open:

💜 Next week I’ll be MC-ing the national launch of @thegenderindex Australia in Sydney.

As a female founder myself, I’m particularly excited about what this data could mean. For the first time, we’ll have a national, data-led picture of female-led businesses across Australia – their contribution, where the gaps are, and the economic potential that could be unlocked if more women are supported to grow and scale their businesses.

I’ve been working closely with The Gender Index team behind the scenes to help bring the Australian launch to life. The response already from the female founder community has been incredible.

I’m very proud to be part of it and looking forward to 2 September! 🎉

As an MC, nothing beats the energy of a full room just before an event starts. 🎤⚡️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Endlessly grateful to the Debate Club team who spend weeks planning these events. Each of us are so happy to volunteer our time because we’re on a mission to empower others to build their public speaking, presenting, and persuasion skills.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We are very lucky to team up with amazing partners @iabaustralia @bandtaustralia @mercerwines_au and Solve by Talent, passionate speakers, expert judges, and oh so blessed with a diverse, conscientious, and engaged crowd.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Such a pleasure and always an exhilarating catalyst for electric connections and meaningful conversations. 💛🧡

✨ Business Leaders Lunch | Hosted by Oksana Koriakova ✨

I had the pleasure of attending my first Business Leaders Lunch. Thank you to @imperobyoksana for the invitation and for hosting with such intention.

Beautiful setting at Alpha Restaurant, incredible food and most importantly, meaningful conversations. When a room is curated with intention and aligned values, connection flows naturally.

What resonated most:
✨ Events are not about numbers — they are about how you make people feel
✨ Human connection always leaves a lasting impression

When asked what bumper sticker describes what I do, I answered:
“Creating memorable events & experiences that bring people together.”
My superpower? "Creativity & Connection".

It was also wonderful to connect and reconnect with such a diverse group of leaders and creatives, including: @stephdarmanin, @lindafayegarske , @sophiebphotography.au , @faridlzaki, @johannaherrerav, @janemowstylist, @leanneshelton247 , @renatadosanjh, @healingyour_body, @nicolebaldinu, Charlie Winn.

As the founder of @waiyindesigns, experiences like these reinforce why I do what I do — designing and managing events that prioritise human connection, storytelling and lasting impact.
