Some conversations are meant to stay with you.

Curated Conversations brought together an incredible group of people for an evening of meaningful connections, good energy, great conversation, and an atmosphere where you could simply relax, connect, and have a good time.

From The Conversation Starter cocktail to the laughter, new perspectives, and genuine connections around the room, the evening was everything I envisioned when creating this experience through OSG.

And Little Rituals set the tone beautifully with the music, cocktails, atmosphere, and energy provided the perfect backdrop for the evening.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the experience what it was, and thank you, Little Rituals, for having us.

This is what connection looks like.

Until the next conversation.

What an incredible and meaningful day at our COMMIT To You Fitness Mash Up Event 💚

This event was created to bring awareness to mental health and remind people that wellness is more than just physical fitness — it’s about caring for our minds, bodies, and spirits together. Through Commit Dance Fitness, Commit Sculpt, Xtreme Hip Hop, Pilates, and ending with a peaceful sound bath, we intentionally created space for physical, mental, and spiritual healing and connection.

A huge thank you to Cricket, Ashley, Wendy, and Valerie for leading with such passion, energy, and heart. Your support, encouragement, and willingness to pour into this event helped make it truly special. I couldn’t have done it without each of you.

To everyone who showed up, moved with us, supported us, and donated to One•n•Ten — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your presence helped create a safe and uplifting environment where awareness, healing, and community could come together.

Mental health matters. Checking in on yourself matters. Supporting one another matters. Events like this remind us that we are never alone, and healing can happen when community comes together with love, movement, and purpose. Thanks also to @dancefitnesstempe for such a beautiful space for our event.

Thank you all for committing not only to fitness, but to yourselves and to each other. 💚
