Meet IMPOWER, our Orlando nonprofit partner!

Founded in 1994, IMPOWER has spent over 30 years supporting individuals and families across Central Florida through mental health services, youth housing, and homelessness prevention programs.

Through initiatives like The Village, they help young adults ages 18–24 build brighter, more independent futures.

All donations collected at @crossfitmastermind @socf_fitness and @ffa_stcloud will benefit this incredible organization 💙

WELCOME TO GAINZGIVING

Every holiday season, toy drives help make Christmas a little brighter for countless children. But somewhere between childhood and adulthood, some young people stop making the holiday lists.

We want to change that.

This November, six CrossFit gyms across Central Florida are coming together for the first-ever GainzGiving, partnering with IMPOWER and Heartland for Children to support older youth in foster care, young adults aging out of the system, and those experiencing homelessness.

Because no one should reach an age where they stop deserving to feel remembered, celebrated, and cared for. Especially during the holidays.

We've seen what the CrossFit community is capable of when we come together. This November, let's show these kids what it means to have an entire community in their corner.

IMPOWER is Florida’s premiere telehealth provider for mental health, and substance misuse needs. Services include psychiatric evaluations and treatment, assessments, individual and family counseling, medication management and substance misuse services.
