Manchester to London ‼️

Come behind the scenes with us as we work on relaunching @imprintzine in its new and bigger studio form. We linked up with @ruben_ordonez_ to develop and produce an upcoming artist spotlight project, coming very soon included in the Imprint Studios multiple part relaunch.

And we met @olaoluslawn on the closing day of his exhibition. A huge inspiration and motivation for the plans and projects we have coming very soon.

The vision came to life a year ago when I had a thought to put on an event on for the aliyarchives 1st birthday in support of the beautiful community I am surrounded with.

I’m in awe of how many people loved last years which only inspired me to bring something elevated for aliyarchives 2nd birthday : this wouldn’t be possible with everyone’s who’s involved so thank you.

This journey I’m so thankful for as it’s brought me bigger ideas for this event and create a bigger message focusing on the this community in Manchester , where we come all together for another year to celebrate all efforts, because without community who and where would we even be?

As some as you know this event, ‘The Faces Of This Community’ was on June 4th 2024. However I sadly won’t be able to host it on the original date, it doesn’t mean that it’s not happening and it’s been moved in August where the date is TBC…

I’ve tried to reach as many people as I could as this is an invite only event yet on a bigger scale, this post is to notify all that it will be going ahead in August and all will be kept in the loop with a new link to details: bare with me as all efforts are still going into this event making it happen I just have been forced more time to make it better for you all 🙏🏽

I want to thank everyone this year who is involved as it’s so special to me and I can’t wait to show you all what we’ve been working on and this is a sneak peak on what is to come…… more faces to come. And huge love to the collectives from last year. A family.

IMPRINT MAGAZINE FIRST EDITION WRAPPED UP!!!!

These last few months have been crazy! In September I launched the first copy of Imprint Magazine, after moving to Manchester a year earlier and a whole lot of work, what started as just an Instagram account making cool little films around Manchester became Imprint Magazine !

A few months later down the line and the first edition of Imprint magazine is wrapped up!
Over 100 copies of the first edition have been sold and there are now a few copies available in @kindred_ldn for all you Londoners go grab yourself a copy! And for Manchester, copies will be available in @unitomstore real soon!

Of course more editions will be coming and as always submissions are open, send me your portfolios !

To all the features in the first copy, you are the sickest!

The next copy is gunna be even bigger, with even more features and even sicker content.
