Closing a chapter as a 911 communications operator that shaped me in ways I’ll never forget. 💛🖤💛

A season of service, sacrifice and purpose. This chapter stretched me and taught me strength I didn’t know I had. I did this nearly 8 years of my life!

In January 2018, on day one in Hialeah, I met Nahima and Michelle two people who walked with me through every season, every shift, every moment of our career. I’m so grateful for them because I don’t know how I could have done it without them by my side I think I can speak for them that we felt this way about each other.

In 2019, our path continued together in Miami Beach, where we built other friendships I’ll cherish forever the laughs, the the double shifts, the night shifts, the holidays we worked instead of celebrating with loved ones.

There are calls I’ll carry with me forever the heartbreaking ones, the miracles, the voices I prayed over, the ones that changed me, and the ones God has helped me heal from. Burnout came but healing followed.

God gently shifted my purpose into a new season. Thankful for every person, every lesson, and every moment that helped shaped me.

Thank you City of Miami Beach PSCU it was an honor working here for nearly 7 years. And thank You Jesus for every friendship, every lesson, and every season that prepared me for what’s next.
(Honorary last pic with Oscar in it he meant a lot to me too but he left before I did)

Thank you God for letting me enjoy this moment after 20 years to reunite with my high school friends. You guys showed me love and respect and surprised me with a new 👑 crown that left me speechless and reminded me of some of my best memories. I loved listening to everyone’s stories and look forward to our next reunion we’re even more of our classmates can attend. Once a Hawk always a Hawk . We fly high and Rise above anything with no fear. Love you Class Of 2005 Golden Hawks
