Garage + Apartment Concept

Quick concept visualization created for a friend exploring the idea of a two-bay mechanic garage with a full apartment above. The goal of the project was to quickly communicate layout, workspace flow, and how the living space and shop could function together within the same footprint.

The garage level is designed as a 20x30 mechanical workspace with room for lifts, tools, and vehicle access, while the upper level explores a compact apartment layout above the shop.

This piece was created as an early visualization for Seth’s idea and could potentially represent the first workshop location for **Midnight Mechanics**.

Modeled and rendered in Bforartists with presentation design in Adobe Illustrator.
