15 years later and somehow we still act like we just left the halls of Edna Karr yesterday.

This weekend wasn’t just a reunion—it was a reminder. A reminder of where we came from, the friendships that stood the test of time, and the village that helped shape us into who we are today.

From the laughs and stories to the “remember when” moments that got a little louder every time they were told, this picnic was everything it needed to be.

Class of 2011, we may have graduated 15 years ago, but that Cougar pride is forever. 🐾

Because no matter where life takes us, one thing remains true…

Another successful gathering with The Tyson Center.

The kids had an amazing time, from meeting firefighters and enjoying the petting zoo to activations and fun out on the field.

Big thanks to everyone who came out to volunteer and to all the wonderful families who showed up with love and energy.

When God wrote my story, He made sure to include Edna Karr—and I’m forever grateful. 🙏🏾
This weekend? A full-circle moment. From the moment I walked on campus, I felt that old love come rushing back.

We laughed ’til our stomachs hurt, hugged folks we ain’t seen in over a decade, and cut up like we ain’t ever left them halls.
Hairlines changed, waistlines shifted, but the vibe? Still undefeated.

To the Class of 2011—you already know.
We didn’t just graduate together—we grew up together.
We became family.

This reel don’t even show HALF of the joy, but just know—we had a TIME.
NOLA raised. Karr made. Still fine. Still full of favor.

Soon as I stepped on that campus, it hit me—
This ain’t just a school… this a family foundation 💛💜
Edna Karr molded us, fed us, humbled us, and gave us some of the wildest memories (and lifelong people) I could ever ask for.

Class of 2011 showed up like we ain’t missed a beat.
We hugged like we ain’t been dodging grown-up problems for 13 years straight. 😂
Ain’t nothin’ like seeing your people and realizing: we may have got older, but the love? Still the same.

This one was personal.
And yes—we still fine. And yes—some of y’all still petty 🤣.

This part of the reunion was STRAIGHT chaos and joy:
Old jokes resurfaced, dance battles happened, and somebody still can’t park straight. 😂

We was out there talkin’ ‘member when…’
and arguing over who had the best football era like it was gospel truth.
Honestly, it felt like high school with better fits and worse knees. 😅

One thing about Karr folks—we gon’ turn up, cut up, and pray it don’t end up on the gram.
