Some of the most important things in life stay unfinished for one simple reason:

They don’t feel urgent… until suddenly they are.

Imagine a married couple leaving home one morning expecting a normal day.

Then an accident changes everything.

The wife survives, but she is left in a coma for months with little hope of recovery. Her husband knows the conversations they had. He knows she never wanted to be kept alive indefinitely by machines if there was no reasonable chance of recovery.

But those wishes were never properly documented.

Now, in the middle of unimaginable grief, her husband believes he is honoring what she wanted, while her parents, desperate not to lose their daughter, threaten legal action if he allows life support to be withdrawn.

A family that should be grieving together is now fighting over a decision no one ever wanted to make.

This is why Trust & Will Planning cannot stay on the “I’ll get to it someday” list.

Estate planning isn’t only about who receives your money when you die. It’s also about giving the people you love clarity and authority when you’re unable to speak for yourself.

We finish the things that feel urgent.

Sometimes wisdom is finishing the important things before they become urgent.

If your plan is still unfinished, maybe this is your reminder to have the conversation. ❤️

Story is a hypothetical illustration. Estate-planning laws and documents vary by state; consult qualified legal counsel.

Pre-game leg day. Weight isn’t as important to me now as it is the consistency of the reps.
