2026 USAPL Resurgence VLLN Origins:
7/9 lifts
🥇65 kg open

After 3 meets in a row with comp PRs on everything and no failed lifts I’ve finally had my “not exactly the performance I wanted” meet day 😅 I’m honestly just proud of myself for continuing to show up and do my best throughout a prep (& meet day) that I consistently did not feel my strongest. I still have many more goals for myself in this sport and am hoping to make some adjustments to my training before coming back to the platform with a much bigger total soon enough 🤞🏻🤞🏻

(First time placing 🥇was a pretty nice feeling tho 🥹)

Squat (2/3): 130 kg/286 lbs
-5kg from Comp PR

After failing 130 kg on my second attempt- a weight that I’ve squatted numerous times before- I was honestly just confused about what went wrong. Told myself I KNEW I could squat it and there was no way I was not going to fail it again as my third attempt

Bench (2/3): 70 kg/154 lbs
-2.5 kg from Comp PR

Deadlift (3/3): 140 kg/308 lbs
*Matched Comp PR

Always grateful to have him by my side ❤️

My strong friends came to watch and brought flowers 🥹🫶🏻
