As promised!
This video reduces down to just 60 seconds the whole process of making a Solid Steel Shahlaei Bar- named after the man it was designed for the World Famous Strongman Uncle Loz himself! @biglozwsm

This one will be heading out across the Atlantic along with a Custom Mace and Custom Pinch Block to @inallcandor

I just need to make a box big enough…

“Can you make it 500g lighter?”

A work in progress for @inallcandor.

This custom Mace is currently 9.5kg (21lbs) and is about to lose some mass on the lathe giving it a flat bottom allowing it to stand on its own.
Once done, it will also receive a custom paint job featuring our very own *secret* texture technique 👀

The Best Shahlaei Bar I’ve ever made.
Completed today. ‘Making of’ video to follow soon!

Every time I make something for a customer it’s an exercise in improvement. How can a make it a little cleaner? A little quicker? Work a little better?

Even after finishing this one, I wrote down steps I can take to make the one after even more efficiently.

Everything I make is the best I can do. My job is to keep improving upon what my Best is 🫡

@inallcandor this one is yours

At 53 years YOUNG, I couldn’t be more grateful for the over whelming amount of health I’ve been blessed with! At 23, however, I was a college student whose diet consisted of pizza, Chinese take out and beer. My immune system was floating in the gutter coupled with horrific back spasms. At 33, My health issues only progressed until I said enough is enough. I took ownership of my mind, body and spirit and within 5 months I dropped unwanted weight, got myself down to 10% bf, became faster, stronger, and I can honestly tell you I couldn’t possibly feel MORE ALIVE and FULL OF PURPOSE today while inching closer to my mid 54! 😎💪🏽🚀

Went to culver city stairs for a short hike but ended up working out 😂 Met these cool people and they had a tire that caught my attention. We joined them for a little tire flip then ended up doing a full good workout sesh from the top to the bottom of stairs 😂

Most people are just watching but really don’t want to join, but you know we’re always down for things that’s challenging and people with good energy. Sometimes you just gotta be out there in the nature, connect and organically socialize because that’s what we’re supposed to do as humans instead of using phones all the time.

Being surrounded with these kind of people will help you build resilience and learn how to adapt in their ways that will strengthen your character. Realizing that you gotta keep on learning because there’s always room for improvement.

We will tackle this more on my Online Coaching App which I’m very excited to launch soon! 💥🚀

Happy Sunday guys! Take time to reset, recharge and reconnect with mother nature. ❤️
