Sustainable excellence — that doesn’t require sacrificing ease and joy — starts with how you lead yourself.

Not with working harder.

Not with pushing longer.

Not with sacrificing more.

I am creating this space for ambitious women who care deeply about their work, their professional goals and the impact they want to make, while also wanting to protect the parts of life that make it rich and meaningful.

We will explore what helps us lead well.

How to build mental strength.

How to create sustainable performance without burning out.

How to pursue ambitious goals without losing our sense of joy.

And how to develop an individual strategy for staying resourced and thriving across the many roles we hold.

I don’t believe there is one blueprint for success and a fulfilling life.

I believe each one of us needs to find her own way of leading, working and living well.

We all have different desires, circumstances, beliefs, challenges and dreams.

Together, we find a way that supports both high performance and strong ambitions and a fulfilling life.

Welcome.
I’m glad you’re here.

Part 1 - Still feeling the magic from our Slow Soirée 🌙✨

A night of beautiful humans, honest conversations, and the kind of connection that can only happen when we slow down. Thank you for showing up - with your stories, your vulnerability, your presence.

We gathered for an intimate evening celebrating slowness and exploring the many ways we can invite slowness into our lives as a way of being and connecting.

@seekingro is a travel platform that connects people to places that slow you down, and @sukha__retreats designs yoga & holistic experiences and was one of the first brands to be featured within Seeking Ro’s curation.

Every element of the evening was prepared with intention - a stunning seasonal menu curated and cooked with love by the talented @melaniewehrli 🌞
Non-alcoholic aperitifs from @iessi.aperitif and sparkling tea by our friends over at @freedl.it 🍸

And the most stunning setting at the new @whitelabelproject store, where guests could travel through their curation of impact-driven brands
(If you admired Madeleine’s golden earrings - you’ll find them there 😉)

Beautifully captured through the lens of @annahaerlin 🫶

We’re so grateful to be building our platforms along such a beautiful community 🤍

Lots of love from @madeleine_beatrice and @viktoriavonhof

Sarah’s carpentry training and subsequent internship with a restorer sparked her interest in architecture. This is also the reason for her love of craftsmanship, custom-made fixtures and reviving historic buildings.
