Yesterday was something else. More insanity (including possible tornados!) to come this week. #rain #hail #wx #inbisbee #azwx

Snake Guy Part Deux: Rattlesnake Boogaloo

Once again starring local snake guy and hero, Bill Schumacher! If you need his number, let me know! 🫡🐍

(This wasn’t even the most insane thing that happened today but it was close. Maybe if we hadn’t already had this exact thing last year. 🤦‍♀️)

Happy Fourth Birthday, @drgregorymousemd 🥳💕
Glad you enjoy your new #Target box (and, most definitely, the Fancy Feast that had been inside).

We aren’t sure exactly when Dr. Mouse’s birthday is, but he and his orange brother were tiny pointy tail kittens when found on the US/MX border in Naco early that November. Guesstimates placed their birth around this week so it has just been a general Dr. Mouse celebration.

The different vets and vet techs have placed Larry around the same time but also later the following March. Some felt Larry was only five to seven months old when he found us which would put him about Boo’s age. He definitely matches her energy more. Poor Mouse became a father way too early, though. Of course, wouldn’t trade Boo! The two of them came to help Larry out here and moved from Naco almost two years ago now. Time flies!

Another #StormyNight.
Gio was not amused.
Neither was Miss Madeline.
(Cooper is from Florida and was like, “this was nothing, but I’ll just be right here...”)

Woke up sick so I took my meds and 👾
#PartakeResponsibly 😘💨💕🍃

#loveLeafleur

We had some nasty storms which never helps my brain so I passed out in pain, woke up way too early, and decided to reschedule my early appointments so I could actually take the right meds for the situation.

I also needed to check the cats, the state of the shop, etc. Three of the Council was hard at work deliberating over the fate of a noisy, annoying bug that snuck in… Sorry for interrupting, sirs and madame.

Meanwhile, Gio made it back to his house and Artie meowed for pets! Even got some back and butt rubs this time, yay!

PS Sorry Not Sorry if you have the sound on for this. You can have the Potter Puppet Pals earworm, too! 🤗🎶

The food is good and no rain on me is good, but Larry just comes on WAY too strong. The lady says he is trying to play or sometimes share food with me like he does Dr. Mouse and LuLu but it feels like he actually wants to steal it… I’m not sure yet.

Do you like my new cave? The lady said she was cleaning and had to move things around but this piece seemed like it was in a good spot to me! 😸💕

When you try to go finally have a nice Sunday lunch together at Poco again before a tough week ahead but #TechLife calls (literally). Might have to take this to-go. 😄 (Don't worry, honey: I'll finish your mimosa... Also, you can just pick me up later after I shop at Redbone and Tumbleweed Gypsy and such, kthx...) Btw: Picked up some of Bisbee Soap & Sundry's hemp CBD balm for myself now, too, and it is already working nicely. Just put it behind my ears and already feel a difference.

HELLO THERE, #MONSOONSEASON #inBisbee, AZ!

Me: YES! I captured a lightning strike in the mountains behind the Lightning! PERFECT!
Camera App: Hey, so remember when you were playing with the frame rate and everything else a few minutes ago…

*insert Darth Vader “Nooooooooooooooo!” Gif here*

Also missed the big part of the hail for other reasons but I am okay with that…

Imagining what our old places in Old B, Bakerville, and Warren looked like during this #rain. Each always flooded in their own unique ways! 👻 My aunt’s old place in San Jose was not much better. Granted, I’ve had to rescue her from her place in McNeal during this #weather in the past.

Who needs Florida when you have a soupy monsoon here in Bisbee? 🛶 (Way less alligators here, too.)

☔️ Meant to post last night but NO POWER was quite draining. (And we JUST talked about getting the backup stuff finally installed, ah! We have the highest power you can get on our Lightning so we could use it to power our house, garage, or trailer when needed. A reminder from the universe. Maybe I should add a contractor spot on @inBisbee’s main site for the relaunch? I know we aren’t the only ones looking for electricians and others right now. Hmm. 🤔)
