I am incredibly proud to have worked on a community project in partnership with @idscharleston @_one80_place and @inchprojects to renovate a Charleston single to better serve men ages 18-24 starting a new chapter in their lives. One80 Place’s mission is to end and prevent homelessness. With the help of dozens of community members generosity, this renovation transformed a place these men can now call home.

A day in the life of a small business in Mt. Pleasant

Today was an extra special one- celebrating the grand opening of @nouveau_mtpleasant and getting to see the beautiful space @inchprojects helped bring to life. We love getting to cheer on other local businesses and be part of this incredible community. #mtpleasantsc #shoplocal #charleston #thingstodoincharleston #localcommunity

The dining room of our Kiawah collaboration invites you to slow down, stay a little longer, and create memories that last long after the meal is over.

We transformed this once blank slate into a warm, inviting space with comfortable seating, beautiful lighting, custom drapery, and curated artwork—creating the perfect backdrop for celebrations, family dinners, and the everyday moments that matter most.

An entryway sets the tone for the entire home, and this transformation makes a lasting first impression.

A timeless neutral checkerboard tile floor grounds the space, while updated iron balusters and a stained handrail bring the modern sophistication we envisioned. Completing the space, a white plaster chandelier overhead accentuates the grand, two-story entryway providing a dramatic, yet inviting welcome.

Which update is your favorite—the checkerboard floors, the staircase, or that stunning chandelier?

Earlier this year, Blueprint received an inquiry for a delivery that was extra special. We were fortunate to be a small part of this wonderful project alongside @houseofhaydesign, @inchprojects, and @idscharleston in renovating @_one80_place to help vulnerable youth in our Charleston community. This talented team created a beautiful & welcoming home in this space and it was such a gift to see it all come to life.
