The women of the Berkshires are absolutely killing it🤍

The Inner Circle gatherings keep proving the same thing, that when strong women come together to support and learn from each other, something kind of magical happens ✨

These nights aren’t just “girls night” we gather for a purpose and are building and strengthening this community, one room at a time.

None of this would be possible without amazing partners! Huge thank you to Kelly and the entire @doctorsaxhouse team for so graciously hosting us. The warmth you’ve created for this group is everything!

More gatherings to come ✨

🌻Ancestral Curls isn't just about getting a great curly cut...

It's about loving the skin you're in.

It's about representing your heritage and your culture.

It's about showing up for your sisters.

It's about wearing the hair that your ancestors wore, with your head held high and joy in your eyes.

Whenever a new beautiful soul sits down in my chair, this is what we are really doing.

We are celebrating our ancestral curls!

Thank you @chelseabordonaro for capturing these incredible images, It was so cool to experience the pictures in real time!

Thank you, also, to my beautiful model/client/friend/sisters

@natalirotches, @berkshiremuse, @indelicate_coaching, @stellafay and @kacie_chadwell !!!

So much love to all of you, God bless you all❤️

🌻This was such a beautiful experience🌻

Spending time in nature with horses and incredible women, letting our natural hair fly.

Being in a circle of women like this made me remember something from long ago.

Something deep in my DNA

I am so grateful❤️

Stay tuned for some incredible pictures that represent everything Ancestral Curls is about!

The air is thick. Time for some aspirational dirty talk.

Bless this mess. 🙏🏼

Get your DIGITAL copy of Indelicate Intimacy 📖 to keep the giggles going. It’s gently irreverent, trauma-informed insights for embodied relationship (and mess, don’t forget the sacred mess that is love).

Not the other way around, folks! Your brain is amazing but it’s also the King of confusing you about what’s actually happening in your body. My good friend
@indelicate_coaching (an unbelievable somatic coach powerhouse) writes about this in her book, Indelicate Intimacy (well worth a buy/read), and sheds light on the relationship between our bodies and the stories we carry and how that relationship influences our behavior, especially our tendency to run the same thoughts and patterns again and again out of self preservation while our bodies go into chaos mode as a result.

The more we engage with felt sensation rather than allowing our learned stories to be the law of the land, the more we can see and resonate with the real truths. Next time you feel anxious or uncertain, investigate the feeling in your body before believing whatever ideas float out of your brain. Stretch on the floor before your brain convinces you that what you’re feeling is “bad” and amplifies the discomfort. Your body will always remind you that your feelings aren’t inherently negative, they’re just messengers trying to help you make sense.

If you can jump in before your brain starts crafting stories, you’ll be much more open to accepting what’s happening and holding it in ways that support rather than hinder.

Yeah how do you do that?

That is the question I asked myself, so let's dive deeper in this together!

I think one of the biggest things is to figure out your WHY.

WHY do you react that way?
and
WHY do you want to change that reaction?

The key is finding understanding of yourself on the way of changing your patterns.

To truly switch your subconscious reactions, you need to understand them, how they function and why they exist.
Not until then can you start to reprogram your mind to serve you better in the now.

It takes consistent & persistent work, but it can and will be done if that is truly what you want.

You 'just' need to take it step by step, and prove to your subconscious that it is safe to do these changes.

That is only done by proving it, over and over again for yourself.

It is a journey. A journey in witch you might, no you WILL fall back in old patterns, but the true growth comes from when you realize that is what is happening, and the action you choose.

So back to how you get rid of inner resistance.

I can not tell you.
Because you are unique.
Your story is unique.
And WHY you have that resistance is the key, the key that only YOU can find.

So, lets go on that key-finding quest together, and we will come out stronger and more secure in ourselves, both of us. ✨

With Love,
𝓧𝓪𝓵𝓲𝓪 ✨🧚‍♀️

Listen, I couldn't do this episode justice if I tried. So, you're just going to have to go listen dear healer, priestess or witch.

TBH Veronica and I went super deep and talked all things bog witch, unicorn, healer in the woods, who barely wants to be perceived but also wants to make money and help people.

I couldn't possibly do this EP justice if I tried. In fact, AI even spliced the clips of the episode SO terribly that none of them make sense to share. It's bad, y'all.

Which means the divine audio transmission is muah *chef's kiss* and oh so juicy and awaiting you RIGHT NOW inside of Spotify or Apple Music.

Go grab it. This is the longest episode I've ever done. All 56 minutes of it is YOURS. Yummy. Get some chai, get in a bath, and giggle along with us as we talk all things somatic, intimacy, business and bog witch.
