Peace, everyone! ✨

I invite you all to join my debut yoga experience at the beautiful Sha’Ran Studios!

This all level class will be a Yin & Yang Flow blending Vinyasa movement with the slow intentional movements of Yin yoga to encourage a mind, body, and spirit reconnection and restoration.
We’ll open our practice with a grounding sound bath by Indigo @indi9o9, allowing us to settle into stillness and integrate our experience.
Afterward, let’s enjoy refreshments, connect with one another, and take in the beautiful artwork by local Cleveland artists displayed throughout the studio. 🎨💖

This class is offered on a sliding scale of $10, $15, or $20 to help make the practice accessible. Zelle and Cash App are accepted, and I’m also open to bartering! ☺️

Please feel free to bring:
Your preferred hydration
Your personal yoga mat (studio mats available)
A towel
An intention for your practice
And, of course, your magical beautiful selves!✨
I look forward to flowing and sharing space with you all.
Come as you are!
With love and gratitude,
Sativa 🫶🏾

Behind on rent. Can we raise some money to keep HHS IN existence and to keep me from crashing out ?

I love this space with all my heart. I want it to be around as long as I can keep it around.

The truth is, when we focus on our mission solely we fall behind financially. BUT dedicated to learning how to have duality in that.

I don’t have a professional caption this time around.

Come to events, book an event, donate to our Cash App $humanheartstudios, donate through our website (red part at the top) www.humanheartstudios.com

And if you can’t donate $$$ spread the word!

Good evening family! With the busy nature of life and, let’s be honest, literal atrocities happening on a daily basis, it’s easy to feel exhausted, over it. I feel like we deserve a break once in a while from the weight of the world man. With this in mind, @zenmodezique, @indi9o9, @8yauna and I made a lil event to be that break you should definitely slide thru to!

📍 Boxspot (8005 Kinsman Rd, Cleveland, OH 44104)
📆 September 27th (next Sunday!)
⏰ 5pm - 7pm

A day dedicated to reconnecting with yourself, nourishing the soul, and indulging in some of life’s finer things. Through art, sound, hands-on making, and sweet treats, this experience invites you to slow down, look inward, and pour back into yourself.

No RSVP required, no strings attached, no high stakes, no limitations to creativity and rest. All you gotta do is pull up twin!

More than a game. ⚽️💚

It’s community. It’s connection. It’s giving kids a place to compete, grow, and dream.

One dream at a time. Cleveland, we’re just getting started.

Next up: September 18. 👀
