The Anatomy of the Unseen

“I let you see through me, not into me.”

Beneath the visible lies a world that no eye can reach. Every exposed bone reveals the structure, yet conceals the story. The figure stands between vulnerability and mystery, allowing the world to witness its existence without ever revealing its essence.

Explanation: The painting explores the difference between being seen and being understood. Even when nothing is hidden from sight, the deepest parts of a person—their thoughts, fears, memories, and true self—remain beyond the reach of observation. The skeleton becomes a metaphor for visible truth, while the unseen self remains an unanswered question.

“Jaya Jaya He Mahishasura Mardini Ramya Shailasute”||

Happy Dussehra to all. May Goddess Durga bless us all and remove the pain and suffering from our lives and bless us with her eternal love, guidance and support us throughout our journey and lead us to success.

The story behind the scene :
The Mahishasura Mardini legend is a central Hindu story about the triumph of good over evil. It begins with Mahishasura, a powerful shape-shifting demon who was half-man and half-buffalo. After performing intense penance, he secured a boon from Lord Brahma that no man or male deity could kill him, arrogantly believing a woman would never be strong enough to defeat him. With this invincibility, he unleashed absolute havoc, conquered the heavens, and drove out Lord Indra and the rest of the gods.
Unable to defeat him, the supreme gods combined their cosmic energies (Tejas) to create the ultimate female warrior, Goddess Durga. Each deity gifted her their most potent weapon—such as Shiva’s trident and Vishnu’s chakra—and she rode out into battle on a fierce lion. During the colossal war, Mahishasura constantly shifted forms between a buffalo, an elephant, and a warrior to deceive her. Ultimately, Goddess Durga pinned him down, pierced him with her trident, and slew the demon, restoring cosmic order and earning her iconic title, Mahishasura Mardini (“the slayer of Mahishasura”).

He watched the waterfall, where every fall became a form of grace,
And saw his own soul in its waters — forever losing, yet finding its place.

Beneath these darkened skies, I’d fight against fate,
For a love this eternal is worth every wait.
If the world turns to ashes and stars cease to shine,
I’d lose every lifetime just to make you mine.

One drop, one stroke, one step.
Every ripple starts with one small drop

That’s how big goals feel to me. You don’t make the whole pond move at once. You show up, line by line, stroke by stroke, and trust that each tiny effort travels further than you can see.
