Sneak peek from our final night of on-site dynamic lighting tests for SkyLume with Andrew from @happeninteractive

As day turns to night, the project continues to reveal new layers of engagement. Most of the evening, the lighting remains calm and atmospheric, but every half hour the sculpture comes alive with custom programmed shows full of energy and movement.

Dozens of unique animations were developed to connect back to the project’s concepts and create a different experience with each visit, all working alongside the ever-changing wind-driven kinetic elements.

The development of our people is just one way we stay healthy as an organization and we feel it’s the number one foundation to our success. Our process around development has been officially implemented into a program that goes by the name Lightworks University.

We kicked off our very first training course last week centered around Leadership Skills. We welcomed our leaders and potential leaders from within CLW, Indiana Lightworks and Archetype Services. The growth on the room was palpable!

Winning the right way, with the right people 💡
