First charity ride done and dusted!!!! ✨

We managed to raise ~SGD$7,500 for @indianorphanage which is equivalent to sponsoring a child for 11 years (!!), or 11 children for 1 year — whichever way you wanna look at it.

Thanks for allowing a bobo like me to do this and for showing up to support the things I care about — it means more than you know 🥹💛

I’ve always felt too “small” to do anything and have just preferred laying low and volunteering in my own capacity, even though deep down I’ve always wanted to do more for those with less.

Honestly, I’m just a clown 🤡 trying to navigate this thing called “life” and I’ve got way more weaknesses than strengths. I used to think that I need to get my sh*t together first or wait till I have “more” before doing anything. But as I get older, I’m realising that that’s an endless and impossible pursuit.

I’m learning to accept that whatever I have now is enough to make a difference — no matter how small. And true enough, in my limitations and weaknesses, you guys came through. 😭

Where I lack in resources/finances,
@xycostudio provided the space and so many of you contributed to the fundraiser.

Where I lack in the aptitude for design,
@c_isforchloe offered to help design and print the posters.

Where I lack in the ability to speak publicly without blanking out,
@ceciliatheyogichef spontaneously came in before the start of the second class and spoke about the charity ride on my behalf because I blanked out in the first.

Where I lack in confidence,
some of you continuously come around to pray for me / hype me up / encourage me to keep going.

It takes an entire village but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Special shoutout to @sixtybrandon @c_isforchloe @y.itingg @iceebath for working behind-the-scenes to make this happen — thanks friends!! 🥰

Grateful for everything. Trying my best to raise funds for an amazing NGO - THE GOOD SHEPHERD AGRICULTURAL MISSION & MAXTON STRONG SCHOOL, in Banbasa Uttarakhand.
