A tiny clip from our short dance film ‘Away From Home’. If you’re intrigued and would like to see the whole thing, click the link in our bio to watch it! The entire film was made in just 24 hours with some of our dearest friends.

This past weekend @ninemile.productions had the pleasure of attending the @liminaldancefilmfestival where our film was screened alongside some mind-blowingly beautiful works of art. It was incredibly inspiring to see what folks are making (all around the world!) and the entire event was warm, welcoming, and buzzing with energy and enthusiasm for the arts. Thank you to the Liminal team for having us!

We are thrilled to announce that our film ‘Away From Home’ is screening at the @liminaldancefilmfestival on Sunday, April 26! After winning the Audience Choice Award at the @lightsdancefest in November we are so excited for a new audience to see this film. If you happen to be in the DC area, check out this amazing dance film festival April 24–26 at Dance Place in Washington, DC. They will be showing 70 films from 18 countries. ✨

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated to our campaign so far! As promised, here’s a trailer made from sections of @amyjsaunder’s animatic for Buried Giants (the full animatic is 60 minutes long—which we’ll spare you 😅).

From flashlights to jellyfish to scenes from the television show Scavenger’s Reign, the animatic acts as a kind of video mood board for a section of the piece we like to call “The Journey.” 🌊🐠🪼🐙🐡

You’ll have to come to the shows in February to see how these images translate to the stage!
