This is what MegaFlex is all about. 💪🏾🖤

It’s bigger than weights, machines, and workouts. It’s the energy, the familiar faces, the support, and the community you feel when you walk through the doors.

Whether you’re a competitive bodybuilder, working toward your first fitness goal, or simply training for a healthier lifestyle—you belong here.

You might pull up tired. You might pull up unmotivated. But once you walk through those doors and feel the energy… it’s time to WORK. 🔥

We’re proud to have created a place that feels less like just another gym and more like a fitness family.

And that character she talked about? Don’t worry—we’re keeping it. 💯

Out of all the questions, I get asked this would be the most frequently asked. With my background in physical therapy. I will begin assisted therapy. All of which includes stretching, spot massages, and recovery. Each session will be based upon clients flexibility levels. So if you ever need help within your mobility or recovery don’t be shy.

Umm idk how this is happening but today I did 75 ! ….

Blinks heavily

Chile… I went to PT and Coach Pittman done had 3 sets of 12 burpees into my fitness plan. And he recorded them for me.

But ☝🏾

Being true to myself I couldn’t count those as MY 36 bday burpee challenge. It just ain’t feel right. I wouldn’t let myself rest if I didn’t do them intentionally for the challenge.

So boom I do those 36 which were superset with the rope.

Then I proceed to do my 36 only got through 3 and my tripod fell

So you already know I had to do 36 on camera at the same time. And that’s how I got to 75. This is definitely going in the wrong direction 🥴

Shoutout to everyone who’s doing the challenge with me. Even if you did one day these videos really make me so happy. I’m not even kidding. 🤭🤗
