Yesterday I had a beach picnic with some of my beautiful friends for a birthday get together and as lovely as the day was there’s two different opposite emotions towards posting this photo and sharing this.
My dearest wonderful family and friends back in Melbourne and everyone else in Victoria and other parts of the world are experiencing tougher restrictions that enforces a curfew and radius of 5km outside their home. My heart feels so heavy for everyone going through this not just in Australia but other parts of the world who are bound to their apartments and have been for the last few months.
I feel guilty and yucky posting this when so many are not able to be in this position.

The other side of me is so grateful and blessed for the beautiful friends who came down to spend the afternoon with me but I’m definitely not unaware of what’s going on in the world.
I want to give my love to everyone everywhere. I don’t know the right words to say for this period in our lives. None of us know when it’ll end and what’s up and coming but there are resources and help available if you need them if these new restrictions have pushed you over the edge. Anyone in Victoria has access to 20 free sessions with a physiologist so please don’t hold back if you need someone professional to guide and support you.
I know Byron has the potential to lockdown 2.0 any week too so I’m holding these moments close to my heart while I can.
