🎾 Tennis Diaries: Episode 1✨

One thing about Atlanta… it is the PERFECT city if you love fitness, trying new hobbies, and getting outside of your comfort zone.

I had too much fun 😁 trying something new with @indolysia 💗🎾👟

We signed up for a Beginner Tennis Clinic with @10sandtequila at Washington Racquet Center, and for $30, I honestly think it was an incredible value. The 90 minute clinic covered A LOT but most importantly it gave me the confidence to keep pursing my interest in tennis.

A few tips if you’re thinking about going:
💗 Bring your own racquet if you have one (I borrowed one!)
💗 The parking lot filled up quickly, but I found street parking.
💗 We didn’t receive additional details after booking, so I’d recommend sending the page a DM beforehand if you have questions, especially about your court assignment upon arrival.

Being a beginner is intimidating, but mindset is everything. If you’ve been wanting to learn tennis, I definitely recommend starting with a beginner clinic. And if you’re not ready for that, there are plenty of public courts around Atlanta where you can practice on your own or reserve a court with a friend.

Here’s to trying new things, being bad at them at first, and having fun anyway. 🎾💚
