POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Training well underway for some unfinished business @industryboxingevents on 30th November. This time on home soil @testbedleeds, and this time I hope my opponent will actually step into the ring with me. 🙃

Last time we raised a massive £1500 for @martinhousech, and I’d like to do something similar for @bloodcancer_uk this time around.

Check my JustGiving page to learn about why I’ve chosen this charity. Any donations at all that you can make are greatly appreciated and link is in my bio.🙏🏼

Looking forward to finally getting in the ring, and if the last event away in Manchester was anything to go by, Leeds will be off the charts, with plenty of familiar hospitality faces fighting on the night.

Ticket link is in both mine and the @pizzaloco bio.

We need to try and reach 20 ticket sales each so if you fancy something different on a Monday night, rally up the troops and get it locked in now. Would love to see any of you there in support.

This one’s for you Ainger 🤍

Where to start with last night…

After all the prep and training, was locked in and so ready to go out for my first fight, last fight of the night, my opponent pulled out with 10mins to go so I didn’t get to do it! Hope he’s alright but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t absolutely gutted I missed out.

Nothing else to do at that point though other than don a kimono and twirl over to the ring to have a little moment and claim the default w for Leeds. 🫡

So proud of everyone who fought on the night. Was class to see how much everyone progressed on the training. Shout out @rickyburwell @benrandm for putting it all together and for the weeks of training @industryboxingevents .

Thank you all so much for donating to the cause. Still can’t believe we hit £1500 🕊️ 💛💛💛💛 @martinhousech

Onto the Leeds edition in November 🤷🏻‍♂️

A little look at SHARK TANK 🦈🥊

30s. Fresh partner in. You stay in.

Fatigue builds. Technique gets tested. Then we find out what’s left when the tank starts running empty.

Heart. Grit. Will.

Keep moving. Keep throwing. Keep showing up.

For those who were wondering where the hell I’ve been since we finished up @meanwoodtavern, I’ve spent the last couple of months training for my first amateur boxing bout on 24th August for @industryboxingevents at @o2ritzmanc !!! 😅

I’m doing it for @martinhousech in memory of my wife’s sister Jessica, who lost her battle with cancer just before her third birthday.

Martin House provide expert care, kindness, compassion, and support during the most difficult times imaginable, and they do it consistently on a daily basis. So this is a way we can give something back to them.

It would mean a heck of a lot to me if our customers and the pizza community could get behind me on this one so I can smash the £1000 target I’ve set to raise before the fight.

Whether it’s a donation on the JustGiving, sharing the post, or buying a ticket and coming down on the night, every bit of support will make a difference! 🙏🏼

Even if you despise the very bones of me, just think, you’re donating to an amazing local charity which results in me getting punched in the face repeatedly! ⚖️ 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just a quick flick to @pizzaloco or @mortys.sfincione and click the link in the bio to do your good deed for the day 😌.

@industryboxingevents War of the Roses

Manc VS Leeds

We are pulling up a crew on the 27th August.

Its going to be wild. Training my ass off for the next 2 months to get shredded and decimate some poor mancunian bartender. Help me out with charity suggestions. I hate cardio but love the idea of dumping some funds into a small local charity who needs it most.

Easy on the booze, shit food, late nights.

Heavy on the sleep, boxing and *sighs* cardio
