I'm very lucky in my life that i get to move around a lot. I get to contribute to sharing music all over the world. However, Ive found that many of my experiences are ephemeral. It's difficult to soak in an environment or a feeling most of the time, and it's easy to suffer from emotional numbness. Theres no time to process what you've missed at home, what you've seen in 4 days over 2000 kilometres, the sleep you haven't had, or the different people you've interacted with, both positive or negative. You've created a protective bubble with people you've only just met. Theres no time for burnout.

Nevertheless, I get the gift of giving other people joy, nostalgia, comfort, sadness, or hope through music. Ill be forever grateful for that.

I hope in saying this, it gives people more of an understanding or the fragility of this lifestyle.
