Even in Liechtenstein I was able to find a good Neapolitan pizza! 🇱🇮

In the city of Shaan - which is not the capital but it's the largest city in the country - just outside the station there is @restaurant_lio : a very fancy Italian restaurant with different choice and of course a list of pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.

Flavor-wise it didn't impress me, but the dough was incredibly soft and all in all it was a nice experience.

Look for the final surprise at the end of the video. 🦙

Been a while since I’ve done a super thinny thin, #scrocchiarella, #tonda romana… #barese… tonda barese whatever the f*ck ppl wanna call it. Forgot how good it is. Something about the dough texture and dough-to-topping ratio really appeals. Also low(er) calorie ftw. 180g dough ball for ~13”

It's official: I AM DONE WITH PIZZA.

I had my first experience at a Brazilian Rodizio de pizza, that is an All You Can Eat Pizza... and it didn't turn out well. 😅

The venue of choice for this experiment was @scarteziniportugal in the Almada Forum, near Lisbon.

With over 40 types of pizza (including the sweet ones) and a huge amount of pasta, risotto, lasagna and more served to you continously, this is the kind of experience you don’t know if you’re going to survive.

But it is one of those you want to try at least once in a lifetime... and then decide to stop eating pizza forever! 😄 Or at least, for a while.

Was it worth it? In cases like this the obvious answer is the ever-fitting quote by David Foster Wallace: A Supposedly Fun Thing I'll Never Do Again. 🤣

The competition @realcamilkfoodservice was a great opportunity to watch the pizza community at its best - everyone coming together to support each other, making new friends, watching the best judges in the industry and trying award winning slices! Congrats to @leftcoastpizza for stealing the show & @jimmyhank_pizza for doing Detroit style proud! If you haven’t entered - what’s stopping you?? This is an amazing contest that gets better every year so watch @realcamilkfoodservice for upcoming events & thank a dairy farmer for that beautiful cheese!
