Famous for his Jumpology series in the 1950s, Halsman photographed celebrities mid-jump, convinced that movement revealed their true selves. His work stands out for its intentional break from traditional portrait norms, creating a strong graphic identity through motion and elevation.

In this spirit, musicians from the Paris scene are invited to jump, embracing a spontaneous process that departs from static poses to capture the raw energy and authenticity of the artists. Inspired by Halsman’s vision, this series aims to reveal a more personal side of the musicians.
