Little throwback to this one 🔥

Back in March, we partnered with Kyle and worked on these hoodies for the athletes competing at the March Madness powerlifting meet at Infinite MMA.

This was one of those projects that was bigger than just printing hoodies.

You had athletes training hard.
People showing up for each other.
The gym packed with energy.

And we got to be a small part of it.

It’s crazy looking back at this now because Infinite has unfortunately closed its doors since then.

But moments like this are still worth posting.

Because it shows what local gyms, communities, and events can create when everyone comes together.

Big shoutout to everyone involved.

This one was a fun project to be part of 👊

Words can't express how much my family and I are going to miss working out at Infinite. It had everything we needed. It was a great facility, filled with kind and inspirational people.

Overall it was a successful meet and im glad that i showed up and gave what i could.
I hurt my back about 3½ish weeks out which made the prep hard to handle. I was unable to Deadlift for about 2½ weeks due to the pain and I was unable to hit squat depth. Going through prep and peak was rough, I didn't want to push too hard and hurt myself to the point where I wouldn't have able to compete.

Powerlifting has quickly become a big part of my life and without the Infinite powerlifting community I wouldn't have had the confidence to trust the process.

Thank you, everyone <3

155kg (342lb) has fallen, 160 doesn’t stand a chance. Thanks for the spot Ben 💪💪

I’m tired of the "shredded at all costs" narrative.

For the longest time, I thought being an athlete meant seeing how little I could exist on. I thought the smaller I got, the more "disciplined" I was. But bodybuilding actually taught me the opposite. It taught me that if I want to build a body that supports my goals, it requires high-quality fuel to perform.

I realized that my value as an athlete—and as a human—has nothing to do with being at my "leanest."
I have nothing to prove to anyone. I know I’m a bodybuilder whether I’m X weeks out or in a deep off-season. That certainty allows me to enjoy my life, be present for my circle, and eat to support my goals without the "guilt" that used to haunt me.

Do you struggle to find your value when you aren't in a "diet" phase? Let’s talk about shifting the focus to capability. 👇

Huge Deadlift PR 6 weeks out from March Madness. This one meant the world to me. Glory to God, as it is only because of his unwavering strength and healing that I was able to accomplish this today. 💪✝️

Took 365kg for a ride tonight. Floated it but can definitely get it down to a touch with a bit of time under 800.
Thanks to the crew for the awesome handoffs!

Less than 2 years into jiu jitsu and this is Ahri’s first year competing 🥋
He loves the sport, loves learning from his coach and @infinite.maf and no matter how tired he is, he always shows up ready to give his best. Walked away with a bronze 🥉 and we couldn’t be prouder.

Paused deadlifts have always been a lift I have struggled with. Very happy to say we are turning the corner!!!

This lift was a wonderful way to cap off an incredible weekend with my beautiful girlfriend @caffeine_queen_coaching .

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. God is so good! 💪✝️

12 weeks out….

Swipe for our precious cargo 🥺 and my mom's food (thanks for looking, it'll make her happy)

Went to visit my family while in prep. Before I've had difficulty staying on plan when at home - especially with how aggressively my family pushes yummy food. I wasn't perfect, but I focused on being more mindful around food and more intentional with my actions. Tried to make sure I got my protein in and didn't eat to absolute fullness.

Even training wasn't perfect, but we did end up getting a lift in at the incredible @infinite.maf Great to know we have a place to get a killer training session in when visiting.

Always great to take some time and visit amazing people. Now back to our regular scheduled programming, go time 😈
