Five years ago when started this journey 155 was my original goal. I said last night it was almost a pipe dream. When your starting weight is 263, this number seemed oh so far away. I never thought I would really ever see it, I just didn't feel like I had all the tools or knowledge to make it happen. There were times that I struggled because for months at a time the scale never moved despite doing everything that I thought was correct to reach my goal. Little did I know that this guy named Walt @waltworkout would start following me on IG and that he and his coaching would end up being the key to unlocking my dream. I am in tears seeing this number on my scales today! Happy tears, but tears nonetheless! #weightlossjourney #milestones #109poundsdown #losingweight #nevergiveup #transformation #igfitness #makeithappen #motivated #justdoit #igotthis #goals #determined #dedicated #motivated #pushyourself #iifym #countingmacros #macrosonpoint #becausemacros #intermittentfasting #carbcyclying #flexibledieting #fitnessgoals #waltworkout #happytears #gotasexyhubbyduringthefiveyears #forthosewhostalkme
