A little morning reset, just for me. 🍉✨

Mornings with three little ones are rarely slow or peaceful, but I’ve been making more of an effort to find those little moments of self-care amongst the chaos. 🤍

Lately, that’s meant adding @infusd to my morning routine! A refreshing watermelon drink packed with 11 vitamins & minerals and 10 super greens, all in one simple little daily habit.

Because looking after yourself doesn’t always have to mean finding an extra hour in the day. Sometimes it’s just about making the little things count. 🌿

No words for this event!!

We took over @castle.padel this weekend for our first Padel & Pilates event. An unreal sold out event with good movement, wellness goodies and refreshments. As always @denverleaf bringing the VIBES on the decks✨

A big thank you to @infusd for our gifted hydration station - these were a huge hit with the clients!! & to @vitaminwell_uk for gifting some goodie bag treats.

Bringing this community together makes everything worth it🤍

We will see you all again soon…👀

SCULPT & REVIVE🪩💉🧘🏻‍♀️☀️🎧

Yesterday we hosted our very first wellness day event and we couldn’t have wished for it to have gone any better!! A day full of pilates, vitamin boosters, music, gorgeous weather, prizes, and of course the best company🤍

How lucky are we to call this work when your having the best time with your bestie🥹

We’d like to thank EVERYONE who joined us yesterday, collaborated with us for the raffle and the people behind the scenes who helped us make it the best day ever!

If you would like to join us for a future event, keep your eyes out and make sure you give us both a follow, as more Sculpt & Revive Wellness Days will be coming soon..👀

I’ve been trying the new raspberry flavour from INFUSD recently and it’s definitely my favourite so far🍓

It’s not just about making water taste better either✨ Each tablet contains 11 vitamins, 10 superfoods including spirulina, moringa, ashwagandha and aloe vera, plus added electrolytes, so it’s an easy way to support both hydration and your daily wellness routine💚

The raspberry flavour is limited edition, so if you’re thinking of trying it, I’d start with this one☀️

Raspberry hydration drink • super greens • daily wellness • electrolytes • 11 vitamins • 10 superfoods • spirulina • moringa • ashwagandha • aloe vera • hydration routine • functional drinks • mindful living

Women That CAN
What a wonderful day, filled with respect, support and networking.

The day was blessed with beautiful sunshine, new friendships and connections.

There were inspirational speeches from @clairepowellcan, @dr_emily_official , @katiemullallyjewellery and @annaliehowling

Days like this are a powerful reminder of what happens when women choose to champion each other instead of compete with each other. There’s something truly special about a room, (garden), full of women lifting one another up, sharing support and stories freely and celebrating each other’s wins as if they were their own.

When women support women, there’s no limit to what we can achieve

The day was finished off with a goodie bag with gifts from @eternal_collagen , @madebymitchell , @infusd , @vital.fizz , @lafemmeestmagique and @medahuman

Thank you to @magicalmomenteventsuk for the beautiful backdrop and doughnut wall and to each and everyone who came along
