So faymus 🤣 Nope. Textile designers are mostly unknown. Did you know that behind every patterned piece of clothing you wear is an artist who wants to yell, “I DREW THAT!”. 🙋🏼‍♀️ (But if we see you in real life we’ll just shrink away grinning and text our bestie 🤣). In my job, there’s no greater honour than people choosing to wear my drawings on their body/have in their homes. 💖 I remember when I discovered what a commercial artist was. “Commercial art” sounds so negative. All *I* hear is, “art that lots of people buy”! How cool is that?! It’s been an honour to work with (maybe 100? 150?) businesses to create custom designs and provide licensed art. The thrill of seeing YOU in my fabrics never gets old!
Now: 2023! We’re cooking up more fun things for new and old friends 🥳 What partnership would YOU like to see?!

Congrats to all juniors who competed in our VTA vs @futurestennis challenge match yesterday. There was some awesome tennis showcased and results were neck and neck with VTA coming out on top. We can’t wait to challenge Futures again next year.

I play tennis because it's fun and you get to meet new people. I want to become a tennis player so I need to practice a lot.⁠

Tennis is my life! I feel very lucky to be part of VTA and the tennis community. ⁠

I enjoy playing competitions and love representing Oakleigh Tennis Club. When I played my first comp I was really nervous but excited too. I recently got my UTR ranking which I'm very excited about.⁠

I love the support of my mum, and tennis friends. Tina, my coach always pushes me to make me a better player and I think she's great.⁠
⁠
My goal is to play in the Australian Open and get a UTR 15.99 like Roger Federer.⁠
