POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Okay, so it’s taken 5 weeks to post some of our Parisian highlights from our Intercoiffure Mondial trip but when we recap what’s fallen in between all that, you’ll get it!
It was filled with personal celebrations (Boss Lady Inge tackling the mountain), celebrating some our favorite ICA friends, sharing lots of laughs with our friends from around the globe & of course great hair, great business & yeah, great food!
Love getting to share our journeys & inspirations!
Our next stop is already delayed in posting as well but we’re too busy soaking it all in & getting back to work 😘❤️

Last night we got to celebrate an exciting rebrand & renovation and officially welcome HEIR APPARENT into our family of brands! Pretty pumped to see what else Tanja has up her sleeve & loved having the gang all there to celebrate! 🖤

When the process is just as exciting as the end result ✨

We call it our ‘Signature Highlight’ - not because we invented it but because it’s the way we do a ‘traditional’ highlight.

The difference? We use the round of the head which allows for zero breaks in the pattern or highlights, allows for zero overlap & allows for the closest, to the scalp, application. + allows for base coloring at the same time, if so desired.

Do we use other methods? Absolutely. It depends on the outcome we’re looking for.

But, for almost 40 years we have used & trained with this technique. Preserving the integrity of the hair and giving the guest the highlights they’ve always dreamed of (& yes some people just want ‘traditional’ highlights). So we say, give the people what they want 😘

THAT is our SIGNATURE 🖤

A salon staple that we highlight is being team-based…

Recently we updated our Appearance Standards and in the end- went back to black 🖤 We found that it just suited our small but mighty vibe to be a little more in sync with one another. Everyone still gets to be who they are but we stay cohesive and ‘family photo’ ready 😂

Every first Friday of the month- we pop on our favorite 👖, have an early morning huddle to talk shop or in today’s instance- have a group 🥂 to Victoria!

Just little ways we protect our tribe and keep the good times rolling for everyone that walks in the door 🖤🖤🖤
