Ingleside Middle School is celebrating National Forensics Week with hands-on learning that puts students in the role of investigators! 🔎

From creating vocabulary board games and tackling logic puzzles at the start of class to exploring weekly current events through primary sources and working through Crime Scene boxes, Ingleside students are building skills that go far beyond the classroom.

The forensics program gives students opportunities to explore the craft and science of investigation, practice real-world problem-solving, build confidence and apply investigative thinking, all before they even reach high school.

It’s learning by doing, and Ingleside students are putting their skills to work!

Ingleside Middle School is officially a Blue Zones Project Approved™ School! 💙🌟

Health and well-being aren’t just initiatives at Ingleside — they are woven into the very fabric of the school's culture. This incredible community goes above and beyond to ensure students have the environment they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

Here is a look at just a few of the ways Ingleside is empowering students to live better, longer:

🌱 Eating Wisely: A thriving student-led garden club, daily fruit and veggie bars, and a lunchroom environment filled with encouraging student-made posters.

👟 Moving Naturally: Building lifetime fitness skills in PE, hosting family well-being events like the Glow Run, and enjoying lunchtime games organized by the Dad’s Club and local community volunteers.

🧠 Fostering Purpose & Connection: Taking time for gratitude and mindfulness, giving back through food drives for Feeding Students USA, and leading as a No Place for Hate school.

🚀 Innovating for the Future: Providing incredible college and career guidance, professional interviews, and unique classes like forensic science, engineering, and AVID.

All of these efforts create a culture of well-being that students carry with them into all areas of their lives.

Please join us in congratulating the entire Ingleside community on this incredible accomplishment! Go Trojans! 🎉
