One of the highlights this summer was attending @bodil_drange ‘s drawing course at Holmsbu with my three friends. Bodil guided us with great skill and warmth through a series of drawings. It was a magical day in the most idyllic surroundings. Highly recommended!
New course this coming weekend.

FEAST — costume as performance.
For FEAST, I wasn’t interested in simply displaying costumes. I wanted to explore what happens when costume becomes a tool for presence, behaviour and interaction.

The models weren’t asked only to wear my work. They were given characters, intentions and ways of inhabiting the space.
The audience was not entirely separate from the performance either. You could watch — but you could also find yourself being watched.
I wanted to play with that small shift in power: Who is looking at whom? Who gets to take up space? Who becomes spectacle, and who remains an observer?

The costumes became a way of exaggerating presence and giving the performers permission to occupy the room differently.
For me, that is where costume becomes more than clothing.
It becomes performance.

Happy valentines to my loves. I used to think love is a nuclear family. Now I know love is freedom, a pricesless home, a child of unbelievable brilliance, friends who soothe my nervous system, the best cat in the word, food to nourish all senses, a handmade life, tarot, extended family, flowers, hamocks, mushrooms, chicken, nature, daring collaborators, and clients full of trust and zest for life. Heart full ❤️ #pb30

Sun is always shining in my bedroom☀️

I’m finally finished painting my room in a warm soft feminine yellow. My bed and closet is set up, everything is organised and now I just need to decorate 💐

Selecting colours and combinations is truly challenging, and I would never have succeeded finding my perfect bedroom vibe without so much help and guidance from interior designer @ingvildfbjo 🥰

Oh I needed this!
After been living with someone for almost 6 years, it is strange to live by myself again. Even though I do love being alone by myself, it has been thought these past days. I can’t remember the last time I felt so lonely. This project ended up being so much more work than expected (as they normally do) and it was hard sitting with all that alone, in a empty chaotic flat, all by myself. Event though I know I have people around me wanting to help, I still felt lonely with all that only on me. But it’s important to be alone even when it’s hard, and I do want to enjoy it again. At least until my friend moves in January 💕

Break-ups are hard but also natural part of life.

I really needed the day a had yesterday. I could finally start painting the living room, and to see the transformation starting gave me so much joy and relief. And then my friends came. My energy level flies up when I’m around people, and I had few people over, not only to keep me company but also to help me paint🥹 I was so happy and energetic and I needed that!

Im so happy that my walls are finally getting some colour. And I’m of course truly blessed and grateful for all the friends that I have who wants to and have helped me move, paint and etc. ❤️

And last but not least, I can do this.
