5 weeks out!!!! SO EXCITED 🪅💜💕❤️

Refeed and carbs back innnnn 🪅🥳 saw coach in person today as had my botox and lip flip for show day :)

We back at peak week weight so hopefully we can cruise in a bit now🤞🤞🤞

Glutes are still improving 💪 and managed to sort the wonky back pose get innnnn

The past 2 weeks have been hard. I never like to moan on prep - prep is a choice, im priviliged to do it and i wholeheartedly love the experience and it brings me so much joy.

Its been a LONG season for me - i didnt plan on competing ever again so i didnt strategically plan shows but for most of prep this year whilst its been restrictive yes and consistency has been key yes it hasnt been balls to the wall hard extreme prep.
But the past 2 weeks ive really had to dig. I can deal with hunger thats fine but the brain fog, low energy (for me the adhd energizer bunny to have no energy is unheard of 😅) and just everything being so much effort was beginning to take its toll

But now a refeed later and more carbs = happy FOXY 🥳🪅🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊

5 weeks to go and im super mega excited cannot waitttttttt wooooooooooooooooooo literally buzzing

Lifting the jowl area with Botox. Botoxing the DAO’s (depressor / downward pull muscles by mouth and the platysma bands where they cross the jaw line (rather than just neck bands) can actually help lift the jowl area providing there is not excessive fat or skin.

Its my birthday woop.

This past year has been all about my comeback to stage and it has brought me so much joy and happiness. I dont mind a birthday on prep, ive dome holidays and xmas on prep and im living my dream life so cake can wait.

@injectedbymb is level 7 qualified and i what i liked is i didnt really know what i needed or wanted so she talked me through all the options. She started small and built up with more filler so i was happy

As a competitor on prep i had lost a lot of elasten and collagen in my face and just wanted to look younger, fresher and more filled out

Obvs im still swollen today but i am super happy with the results.
My lips always always bruise and swell mega its just me no matter who does them!
