One year of The Med Beauty Spa! 🥹🤍✨ A little dream that turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. One year of growth, learning, taking chances, building relationships, and creating a space where people feel confident, cared for, and beautiful. I truly couldn’t have done this without the incredible support of our clients, our team, our families, and our community. Every appointment, referral, kind word, share, and bit of encouragement has meant more than you know. Here’s to the first of many years of glowing skin, big dreams, and a whole lot of love. 🥂 One year down, and we’re just getting started. 🤍

Things people are always surprised to learn about laser hair removal: You’re supposed to shave before your appointment. Yes, really, about 24-48 hours prior. Waxing is the main thing you can not do because the laser needs the follicle to be present for treatment. Also, the results aren’t instant, but improvement is typically noted with every single treatment as treated hairs shed over the following weeks. It’s a process, but the payoff is real! Laser Hair Removal at The Med is safe year round so it is never too late to get started! 📲 301-494-2123 💻 themedbeauty.com

Back-to-school skincare doesn’t need to be complicated. Three things matter most: a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer, and SPF 30 every single morning. That’s it. That’s the foundation. If breakouts are your struggle, salicylic acid helps unclog pores and benzoyl peroxide targets acne-causing bacteria. Sensitive skin? Introduce actives slowly, one at a time. And after practice, workouts, or anything sweaty, wash your face. Your pores will thank you. Students in Maryland, save this one for your dorm mirror.
