Another big W today. The start of the peak was complete dog shit and thankfully it’s turned around. @bristol_county_barbell_club and I sat down to plan out the remainder of the training and landed on the bench daddy and static holds to expedite the overload process. I’m full of piss and vinegar and ready to represent BCBC in 2 weeks in SC. Thanks to the team for staying to help load and spot. Lessons learnt ♿️💙

It’s dangerous to dwell on past mistakes because you slowly lose the ability to move past them.

Becoming paralyzed and living with a disability is challenging enough physically.

But when you take that same weight on mentally and emotionally, it starts to damage the parts of you that aren’t visible — your mind and your heart. And those are the parts you need most to heal.

So I protect my peace and I keep moving forward. Not because the past didn’t happen, but because my future depends on me not living there. 🤲🏽🙏
