Tattoos are so much more than just ink 🖋️🤍
They’re a form of self-expression, a way to carry the people you love with you, reminders of places that changed you, and little pieces of your story that you get to keep forever.

Every tattoo means something different to everyone, and that’s what makes them so special. ✨🫶🏼

Your tattoo appointment prep checklist 🖋️🤍✨

♡ Exfoliate & moisturize the day before (not the day of!)
♡ Research your artist and make sure their style matches your vision
♡ Bring a friend for moral support if you need it 🫶🏼
♡ Think about placement! areas like fingers, hands & feet are more prone to fading and may need extra touchups
♡ No swimming for at least 2 weeks while your tattoo heals

Save this for your next tattoo appointment & send it to a friend who needs a new piece! 💌📌

5 months without getting tattooed and what did we learn? Absolutely nothing. 🙂‍↕️ Just that life is better with new ink and those were, in fact, the worst 5 months of my life. 😭🖤

Consider this your sign to book that tattoo at Beauty In Ink. xoxo 💋

We’re not judging you… but… 👀

1. Why are you picking or peeling your fresh tattoo?! 😭
2. Soaking your new tattoo or piercing in pools, hot tubs, or baths?? Please don’t! 🙅🏻‍♀️
3. Sleeping directly on a fresh piercing. Ouch! 🤕
4. Touching your tattoo or piercing with dirty hands. Not a good idea 👎🏻
5. Skipping your aftercare because “it looks fine” ☹️

We love you, we just want your new ink & piercings to heal perfectly! 🫶🏼✨

Recent stencil peels ✨🖤

Nothing like that moment when the stencil comes off and the tattoo is officially REAL 😭 Tiny lines, pretty details & lots of fresh ink from our artists lately 🫶🏼

Which one are you claiming for your next tattoo? 👀
